These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the llyy platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.
llyy is strictly for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to register, deposit, or place any bet on the platform.
Each individual may hold only one active llyy account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for ensuring online betting is lawful in your jurisdiction before accessing or using llyy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. llyy will not be liable for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
All llyy accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via supported payment methods only.
llyy provides deposit limits, self-exclusion, and cooling-off tools. Using the platform implies acceptance of these responsible gaming obligations.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and llyy ("llyy," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at llyy.win. By creating an account, accessing any part of the platform, depositing funds, or placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use llyy's services. llyy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Use of llyy is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:
Registration on llyy constitutes a warranty that all of the above eligibility conditions are met. Where llyy discovers that a User does not meet these conditions, llyy reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account and to withhold or void any pending or settled balances as permitted by applicable law.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on the llyy platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any balances, bonuses, or winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and promptly update such information should it change. Providing false or misleading information, including a false name, date of birth, or contact details, is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. Immediately notify llyy support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). llyy may require identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
3.5 Account Currency. All llyy accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR only. llyy is not responsible for any exchange rate losses where a User's source payment method processes funds in a different currency.
4.1 General Betting Rules. All bets and wagers placed on llyy are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type, as published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific game or sport rules, the specific rules shall prevail in respect of that market or game.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. llyy reserves the right to adjust limits at any time, including reducing the maximum stake applicable to any individual User or account.
4.3 Bet Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with the applicable rules for each market. Results are taken from official sources. llyy reserves the right to void a bet where: a result cannot be officially verified; a bet is placed on a suspended market; or where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
4.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability. Where a delay occurs between bet placement and acceptance – for example, due to network latency – bets may be settled at updated odds or voided at llyy's discretion.
4.5 PSL and Cricket Markets. For Pakistan Super League (PSL) and other cricket markets, match and tournament results are taken from the official tournament body's published results. Bets on abandoned or no-result matches are handled in accordance with llyy's cricket betting rules as displayed in the relevant market.
4.6 Casino and Slot Games. All casino games and slots on llyy are powered by certified third-party providers. Game outcomes for RNG games are determined by certified random number generators. House edge and return-to-player (RTP) information is available for all game titles. Live dealer game results are determined by physical dealing and cannot be manipulated by llyy or its providers.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. llyy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. llyy reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Deposits. Deposits are credited to the User's llyy wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. llyy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment intermediaries. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). llyy reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are indicative only.
5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. llyy is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. llyy may suspend, freeze, or close any account and report activity to relevant authorities where there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
5.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. llyy reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts, as notified to the User. Users are encouraged to log in periodically and to withdraw balances when not actively using the platform.
6.1 From time to time, llyy may offer bonuses, free bets, promotions, or other incentive programmes to Users. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.2 Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits will be clearly stated for each promotion.
6.3 llyy reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is credited in error, llyy reserves the right to deduct it from the User's account.
6.4 Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred. Abuse of promotional offers, including multi-accounting or collusion, will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and may result in account closure.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on llyy and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
llyy reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void affected bets, and to withhold associated balances pending investigation. Serious cases may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.
8.1 llyy provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, llyy excludes all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8.2 llyy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if llyy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8.3 llyy's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their llyy account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.4 llyy shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental action, internet service disruptions, or third-party payment processor failures.
9.1 By llyy. llyy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where llyy reasonably determines that: these Terms have been breached; there is fraudulent, suspicious, or illegal activity; verification requirements have not been met; or in order to comply with applicable laws or regulatory obligations.
9.2 By the User. Users may close their llyy account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any outstanding balance (net of applicable bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the User's verified payment method. Account closure does not affect any obligations or liabilities already accrued.
9.3 Self-Exclusion. Users who wish to exclude themselves from llyy for responsible gaming reasons may do so through the Responsible Gaming settings within their account dashboard. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect across all platform sections. Requests to re-activate a self-excluded account will be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
llyy reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of llyy following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 11.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to llyy's operating jurisdiction.
11.2 In the event of any dispute between a User and llyy, the User is encouraged to contact llyy support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. 11.3 Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body in llyy's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits llyy's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
11.4 These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and llyy in respect of the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written.
